Corporate Contracts Manager II (Contract)

I'm partnering with a leading biotechnology organization seeking a Corporate Contracts Manager II to support clinical research and R&D contracting activities. This is a great opportunity for a contracts professional with hands-on experience drafting, redlining, and negotiating clinical study agreements within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or clinical research industry.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent

• 2–3+ years of in-house contracts experience, ideally within biotech, pharma, or clinical research

• Hands-on experience drafting, redlining, and negotiating Clinical Study Agreements (CSAs) and Clinical Trial Agreements (CTAs)

• Direct negotiation experience with external counterparties

• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills

• Experience with a contract management system; Agiloft is a plus

Responsibilities

• Draft, redline, negotiate, and manage clinical study and trial agreements

• Support broader R&D and vendor contracting activities

• Identify contractual risks and collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues

• Track contracts through negotiation, approval, and execution

Preferred

• 5+ years of relevant contracts experience

• Experience negotiating vendor agreements

• Familiarity with pharmaceutical drug development and clinical research
