What You'll Be Doing

• Own the monthly close, general ledger, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Oversee accounting across multiple entities, including intercompany transactions and consolidations.
• Lead and develop a team of four offshore accounting professionals.
• Partner directly with the CEO to provide financial visibility and support business growth.
• Improve accounting policies, internal controls, and operational efficiencies.
• Lead accounting system enhancements, including QuickBooks and expense management platforms.
• Identify opportunities to implement AI tools and automate manual processes.
• Support accounting related to fixed assets, capital projects, and business expansion.

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of progressive corporate accounting experience.
• Strong hands-on experience owning the monthly close and financial reporting.
• Experience with multi-entity accounting, intercompany transactions, and consolidations.
• Prior experience managing or supervising accounting professionals.
• Background in real estate, construction, energy, data centers, digital infrastructure, or other capital-intensive industries is a plus.
• QuickBooks experience strongly preferred.
• Experience implementing or improving accounting systems and processes.
• Interest in AI, automation, and modernizing accounting workflows.
• A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a growing business.
