    • Own the general ledger, record-to-report, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit and collections, fixed assets, intercompany accounting, accruals and reserves.
    • Lead the monthly, quarterly and annual close and deliver complete, accurate results within regional management and Groupe deadlines.
    • Conduct rigorous P&L, balance-sheet, cash-flow and working-capital reviews; ensure reconciliations, estimates and material variances are well supported and resolved.
    • Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, IFRS and Groupe accounting policies, including appropriate accounting for complex or non-routine matters.
  • Onshore–Offshore / BPO Leadership
    • Lead an integrated onshore and offshore accounting organization with clear roles, decision rights, handoffs, review standards and escalation paths.
    • Own BPO governance, including scope, service levels, KPIs, quality, productivity, capacity, issue resolution and recurring operating reviews.
    • Ensure the onshore team retains appropriate accounting judgment, business partnership and control ownership while standardized activities are delivered efficiently offshore.
    • Drive knowledge transfer, process documentation, cross-training and business continuity; continuously identify work that can be standardized, automated, simplified or migrated.
  • Controls, Audit & Compliance
    • Own the internal-control framework for financial reporting across onshore and BPO processes, including documentation, evidence quality and remediation.
    • Lead external and internal audit coordination, ensuring strong preparedness, timely support and closure of findings.
    • Identify and address accounting, process, fraud and reporting risks; maintain compliance with company policies, delegated authorities and segregation-of-duties requirements.
  • Finance Transformation & Process Excellence
    • Standardize and simplify end-to-end accounting processes across entities, sites and service-delivery teams.
    • Lead ERP, workflow, automation and reporting improvements that strengthen controls, accelerate close and improve first-time-right quality.
    • Maintain practical accounting policies, process documentation, performance dashboards and a prioritized controllership improvement roadmap.
  • Team & Stakeholder Leadership
    • Coach and develop the onshore accounting team while building strong relationships with BPO leaders and offshore team members.
    • Create a culture of ownership, urgency, collaboration and continuous improvement with clear goals and performance expectations.
    • Partner with the CFO, FP&A, Operations Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Commercial, HR, IT, Legal and Groupe Finance.
    • Support treasury, banking, tax coordination, insurance renewals and other CFO priorities as needed.
  • What Success Looks Like
    • A predictable, accurate and efficient close with strong balance-sheet governance and audit readiness with continuous improvements in reducing close cycle
    • A stable onshore–offshore model with clear accountability, transparent performance metrics and effective issue resolution.
