What they need
Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis for the legal team. Assist in contract management and compliance initiatives. Collaborate with legal team members on complex projects. Provide recommendations based on legal research and analysis. Participate in the drafting and review of legal documents. Support legal investigations and disputes resolution. Monitor and report on regulatory changes impacting the firm. Contribute to financing activities and compliance with financing agreements.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience Typically, 5+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role Proven experience in corporate legal matters Proficiencies in legal research, contract negotiation, and regulatory compliance Must be a continuous learner who stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus Relevant certifications such as Certified Corporate Counsel (CCC) or Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP) are a plus
