Deliver regular training on the sales and contract process for regional sales teams, including during onboarding and whenever Regional Sales Directors need it.
Update Salesforce with agreed custom terms and conditions and help ensure signed agreements reach Legal and are filed in the contract management system.
Manage, review and submit corporate registrations, ensuring all documentation is submitted on time and without penalties.
Support broader Legal department generalist work, including corporate governance compliance and insurance.
Assist the Director of Legal and deputise in their absence as required.
Be a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Product, Supply Chain, Finance, and the executive team.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
Strong commercial transactional experience with enterprises of all sizes, including selling to governmental entities, both domestic and international.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain legal requirements succinctly and simply to non-legal colleagues.
The ability to strike a sensible, practical balance between legal risk and sound business judgement.
A good working knowledge of data protection, AI, privacy and information security.
Comfort with ambiguity and conflicting priorities, with strong organisational skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.
Good judgement, attention to detail and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING THAT WOULD BE GREAT:
Experience in aviation, travel technology or a data/SaaS business.
Experience training or enabling commercial teams on contracting processes.
Familiarity with Salesforce, Deal hub or contract lifecycle management systems.
Prior experience managing or mentoring junior legal colleagues.
