CORPORATE CREDIT OFFICER

Location: BGC, Taguig City
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Work Setup: On-site with occasional field work
Employment Type: Full-Time

JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Corporate Credit Officer who will evaluate corporate loan applications, conduct financial analysis, assess credit risks, and prepare credit proposals to support sound lending decisions while maintaining portfolio quality.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assess corporate borrowers, shareholders, and directors.
• Conduct client interviews and ocular/field inspections with Account Officers.
• Review credit bureau reports, bank statements, and other financial information.
• Conduct trade checking with customers and suppliers.
• Analyze audited financial statements and prepare financial spreadsheets.
• Evaluate financial ratios, account movements, and repayment capacity.
• Prepare comprehensive credit proposals and loan recommendations.
• Prepare 3-year financial projections when required.
• Present credit proposals to the Credit Committee (CreCom).
• Conduct loan reviews, renewals, and new line availments.
• Perform other credit-related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• At least 3 years of credit experience handling corporate accounts, preferably with minimum ₱1M exposure.
• Experience in commercial banking or financing company credit evaluation/underwriting.
• Strong knowledge of financial statement analysis and credit assessment.
• Experience handling business/corporate loans is preferred.
• Client visit and Credit Committee (CreCom) experience is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with a Finance/Accounting background are also welcome to apply.
