Corporate Development Analyst

What you'll do:

• Support the sourcing, negotiation, and closing of acquisitions
• Provide valuable contributions related to the due diligence process, asset valuation, and project financing
• Provide analytical support to the deal team, including managing and running asset valuation and project finance models
• Prepare deck materials and assist with internal and external presentation support

Who you are:

• Bachelors in Finance, Econ, or similar
• 2+ years of work experience in Corporate Development (M&A), Strategic Finance, FP&A, Renewable Energy Finance, or Investment Banking/Capital Markets
• Very strong Excel skills
• Team player with a strong desire to work in a fast-paced, transaction-oriented environment

What does this position pay? Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.

The expected range for this role is $80,000 to $90,000 per year plus performance and deal bonuses. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
