募集要項

Project assessment:

• Valuation and credit analysis of subsidiaries, projects and acquisition targets
• Perform financial analysis of risk and return with financial modelling for screening of projects with the business development team at initial stage or negotiation with potential partners at mid to late stages
• Manage financial and tax due diligence in M&A
• Assist in drafting and negotiating agreements including SPA, SHA and LA
• Prepare and review financial memos of the accounting and financial impact of the projects for internal investment committees
• Support integration in finance
• Support business lines in target screening, identification, pitching and other marketing activities
