What We're Looking For
A bachelor's or graduate degree, an impressive record of academic or professional achievement, and up to three years of work experience. Excellent written and verbal communication is essential — you'll need to distill complexity into clear, actionable recommendations for senior audiences.
Notably, prior finance knowledge or experience is
not
required. Past associates in this team have come from fields including law, engineering, basic science research, philosophy, computer science and government.
