Corporate Development Associate

Our client is a high-growth, private equity-backed acquisition platform operating in a stable, recession-resistant industry. Since its founding a few years ago, the company has completed dozens of acquisitions and is currently executing 15–20 deals per year, with a robust active pipeline. Backed by a well-capitalized, long-term-oriented investor, the platform is scaling toward significantly greater EBITDA over the coming years and is looking to add to its lean, high-velocity M&A team.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the full acquisition lifecycle — from initial target research and CIM review through offer, LOI, diligence, and close
• Build financial models, valuations, and scenario analyses to evaluate potential acquisitions
• Prepare and deliver board-ready presentations to support deal approval
• Coordinate due diligence across finance, operations, HR, and IT, including reviewing quality-of-earnings reports with external advisors
• Maintain deal trackers, data rooms, and transaction documentation
• Support post-closing integration and value-realization efforts
