- Conduct company, industry, competitor, and capital market research to support strategic recommendations and management decision-making.
- Prepare investment analyses, management presentations, financial materials, and recommendations for senior stakeholders.

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Corporate Development, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Transaction Advisory, Equity Research, or a related field.
- Strong finance background with hands-on experience in financial modeling and valuation.
- Experience supporting corporate actions, transactions, and/or due diligence processes.
- Strong understanding of financial statements and ability to analyze financial and business performance.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Comfortable working with numbers while being able to translate complex analysis into clear business recommendations.
- Exposure to Investor Relations and/or capital markets will be a strong plus.
- Strong communication, presentation, and cross-functional stakeholder management skills.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
You’ll have the opportunity to work on projects that sit at the intersection of finance, strategy, transactions, and capital markets. From building valuations to evaluating corporate actions and supporting due diligence, your work will contribute directly to important strategic decisions.
