Corporate Executive Chef

About the Role

Jeeva Resorts is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Corporate Executive Chef to oversee and lead culinary operations across our properties. This role is responsible for maintaining consistent food quality and presentation, developing innovative menus, optimizing kitchen operations, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards across all properties.

The ideal candidate is a strong culinary leader with a creative mindset, solid financial management skills, and the ability to develop and inspire culinary teams while delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior culinary leadership position, preferably in luxury hotels, resorts, or multi-property operations.
• Proven experience in menu development, food cost control, budgeting, and kitchen operations management.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise, develop, and motivate culinary teams across multiple properties.
• Ability to develop standardized recipes, culinary procedures, and quality standards across all properties.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, purchasing, supplier relations, and cost optimization.
• Creative, detail-oriented, results-driven, and passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences.
