We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Corporate Executive to handle day-to-day administrative tasks for both our internal operations and our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and other administrative documents.
• Process and track payments for internal and client accounts.
• Open, sort, and scan incoming mail for clients, and forward via email.
• Maintain and organise both physical and digital records.
• Assist with general office administration and coordination.
• Liaise with clients and provide timely updates on administrative matters.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
• At least 1–2 years’ experience in administrative or accounts support roles (fresh graduates may be considered).
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of basic accounting entries is an advantage.
