COMPANY DESCRIPTION

The core business is to provide deep insight based Business, Media and Art consulting to companies that feature on the Fortune500™ list. The ART Compass™ (www.theartcompass.org) works closely with Artists around Europe and Asia helping them under different programs including the United Nations UNESCO™ managed Resiliart™.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The interns would be getting the opportunity to learn business strategy, social media reputation management, public relations, feature writing, and working with The ART Compass™ project under close mentorship. The ART Compass™ includes gallery outreach program, arranging art shows and liaising with collectors and art buyers. The internship experiences also includes identifying and working with social icons to drive effective traffic. For specific queries write to [email protected]

The applicant should have great research, writing and, interpersonal skills along with an outgoing personality. This position is suitable for applicants who are looking for their first corporate experience with an ambition to be in international business in a management role or planning to be an entrepreneur.

LOCATION AND TIMINGS

The job would be in hybrid mode at Lappeenranta, Finland. The work timings are flexible based on the mutual planning with the mentor. There would be a few weekly in-office days every month for soft skills mentorship. Under normal circumstances, the work timings are from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM EET.

STIPEND

The total stipend for the entire tenure of the 6-month internship would be decided based on the evaluation during the onboarding period. The onboarding period is for 6 weeks. This is a corporate experience training workshop that comes with close mentorship for those who are looking to learn the corporate working style of international business in a real projects environment with the opportunity to move into a full time paying position after the internship.
