Corporate Finance Associate

Job Duties:

• Advise clients on corporate finance matters in deal execution (e.g. IPO, M&A, Restructuring, etc.)
• Conduct due diligence and financial analysis
• Undertake market research and financial analysis and develop financial models

Requirements:

• University Degree in Finance/ Accounting/ Economics/ Laws or related disciplines
• Professional qualification such as CPA or CFA will be an added advantage
• 3 to 5 years of solid working experience in professional firms, including IPO execution experience and/or auditing experience
• Possess strong analytical, writing and communication skills
• A team player who is organized, self-initiative, independent and willing to work under pressure
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Word processing applications
