Corporate Governance Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular internal audits and compliance reviews across different departments to ensure adherence to Company policies, SOPs, and internal controls.
• Review departmental processes, documentation, approvals, and work practices to identify gaps, risks, and areas for improvement.
• Prepare audit findings, monitor and follow up on corrective actions to ensure audit findings are properly resolved within the agreed timeline.
• Develop, review, update, and standardize Company SOPs, policies, work instructions, and process flowcharts.
• Assist in strengthening the Company's internal control and corporate governance framework.
• Support Management in implementing governance initiatives and continuous process improvement.
• Perform other governance, compliance, audit, and process improvement assignments as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Corporate Governance, Business Administration, Internal Audit, Risk Management, or related field.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with 1-2 years of experience in internal audit, corporate governance, SOP development, or process improvement.
• Strong analytical, report-writing, and critical thinking skills.
• Experience in conducting departmental audits or process reviews will be an added advantage.
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of integrity, accountability, and confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively as a collaborative team player.
