Corporate Graphic Designer

Job Responsibilities

1. Branding & Corporate Identity

• Develop and maintain company branding and Corporate Identity (CI), including logo, colors, packaging and other brand elements.
• Ensure consistency of brand identity across all communication materials.

2. Graphic Design & Printed Materials

• Design and produce online and offline materials such as brochures, posters, banners, labels, presentations, and promotional items.
• Prepare artworks for printing, premiums, seasonal campaigns and corporate materials.
• Ensure all designs are accurate, creative and delivered on time.

3. Photography & Video Production

• Handle photography and video production for marketing, corporate activities and internal events.
• Edit visual and video content, including basic storyboard and script preparation.

4. Online & Social Media

• Create visual content for Website, LINE OA, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok and other digital platforms.
• Support website content updates and basic maintenance.

5. Content & Creative Support

• Support content creation by developing creative ideas, key visuals, headlines and captions.
• Keep up with design, content and social media trends.

6. Internal & Corporate Support

• Support communication materials for new employees, internal activities, corporate events and CSR activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Multimedia or related fields.
• At least 4 years of experience in Graphic Design, Creative Design or related fields.
• Experience in agency company is preferable
• Creative and proactive with ability to propose ideas and concepts.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of storyboard, script writing and WIX.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects and InDesign.
• Able to use AI tools to support design, content creation and creative work.
