Role & Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective students and customers through calls and other communication channels.
• Understand customer requirements, career goals and learning needs.
• Explain Conquer E-Learning's programs and offerings.
• Follow up with prospective customers and build strong customer relationships.
• Convert qualified leads into successful enrollments.
• Achieve individual and team performance targets.
• Maintain accurate lead and customer information.
• Work closely with the Business Development and Sales teams.
• Participate in training sessions, team meetings and performance reviews.
• Continuously develop communication, negotiation and sales skills.
