Corporate head chef

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and creative Corporate Head Chef with a strong background in Western and international cuisine to oversee the culinary operations of our growing restaurant group, including premium all-day dining, smash burgers, and frozen yogurt concepts.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee kitchen operations across multiple F&B outlets
• Develop and innovate menus with a strong focus on Western, Mediterranean, and international cuisine
• Maintain high standards of food quality, consistency, presentation, and hygiene
• Lead, train, and develop Head Chefs and kitchen teams
• Manage food costs, portion control, inventory, and kitchen profitability
• Standardize recipes, kitchen SOPs, and quality control across all outlets
• Collaborate with management on menu development and business growth

About you

• Minimum 5 years of experience in senior culinary positions
• Strong Western cuisine experience is mandatory
• Proven experience managing multiple kitchens or restaurant concepts
• Excellent leadership, creativity, and organizational skills
• Strong understanding of food costing and kitchen financial performance
• Experience in premium dining, brunch, and Mediterranean cuisine is a strong advantage
• Ability to relocate to Lombok
