Corporate HR Manager

About the role

This is an HR Management role responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs while aligning HR initiatives with business objectives and operational requirements. The role oversees HR operations across branches and corporate offices and provides HR advice and recommendations to Management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs
• Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
• Handle employee concerns, grievances, disciplinary cases, and workplace issues
• Ensure compliance with DOLE, NLRC, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR, and other applicable regulations
• Oversee payroll coordination and employee compensation records
• Develop and implement performance evaluation systems
• Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs
• Ensure proper maintenance of 201 files and personnel records
• Draft, review, and update company HR policies, memoranda, employee handbooks, and procedures
• Prepare regular HR reports for Management
