Corporate Lawyer

QUALIFICATIONS

• Philippine Bar passer and member in good standing of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP)
• 5–10 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in a corporate setting
• Strong experience in corporate housekeeping and corporate governance
• Proven experience in litigation and dispute resolution
• Experience in drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, legal documents, and corporate resolutions
• Knowledge of corporate, commercial, labor, and regulatory laws is an advantage
• Strong legal research, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
• Experience in the renewable energy or energy industry is highly preferred
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and sound judgment

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide legal advice and guidance to management and business units
• Handle corporate housekeeping and governance requirements
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents
• Manage litigation, disputes, and coordination with external counsel
• Monitor legal and regulatory compliance
• Identify and mitigate legal and business risks
• Assist management in corporate and strategic transactions

Pay: Php43,780.92 - Php94,411.60 per month
