Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Thai Corporate Lawyer to provide legal support across corporate, commercial, employment, regulatory, and dispute-related matters. The successful candidate will work closely with management, government agencies, external counsel, and business stakeholders to provide practical legal advice, manage legal risks, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial, employment, and regulatory matters.
• Represent the company in court and other legal proceedings when required.
• Identify, assess, and manage legal and compliance risks.
• Review business partnerships, vendor agreements, and subcontractor arrangements.
• Negotiate contracts and other legal matters on behalf of the company.
• Advise management on regulatory requirements and compliance matters.
• Handle or support civil, criminal, employment, collection, commercial, and other disputes.
• Coordinate with government agencies, external legal counsel, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Support the company during regulatory inspections, investigations, and other legal matters.

Requirements

• Thai national with the legal qualifications required to practice law in Thailand.
• Juris Doctor (JD), Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.), or equivalent legal qualification.
• Licensed and legally qualified to practice law in Thailand.
• Minimum 3 years of corporate legal experience.
• Experience working in a law firm or in-house legal environment.
• Fluent in Thai and English, both written and spoken.
• Mandarin Chinese proficiency is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of corporate and commercial law, contracts, compliance, and dispute resolution.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Experience dealing with government agencies or regulatory authorities is an advantage.
• Experience appearing before courts or prosecutors' offices is an advantage.
• Professional connections with government agencies, law firms, or relevant regulatory bodies are an advantage.
