Corporate Lean leader

For our client, we are seeking a Corporate Lean leader to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.

This leader will shape and drive a company-wide Lean operating model that strengthens execution across multiple corporate functions. The role will partner closely with senior leadership to align strategy, operating cadence, and performance expectations. It will also coach teams, lead transformation efforts, and build sustainable process discipline that improves KPI visibility and operational outcomes.

Location: Atlanta, GA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $225,000 – $285,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to align strategic vision with operational goals
• Design and implement a comprehensive Lean operating system
• Coach and mentor teams on Lean principles and practices
• Lead transformation initiatives for multiple corporate functions
• Drive the development and sustainment of standard work processes
• Optimize monthly operating rhythms and manage KPI risks
• Utilize Lean tools for complex problem-solving

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• 10+ years of experience in continuous improvement, project management, or operations
• 5+ years leading global teams
• Proven track record in change management and continuous improvement
• Willingness to travel 50% or more
