Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design and deliver leadership development programs for senior executives, focusing on behavioral training, capability building, and organizational development.
• Conduct training needs analysis to identify gaps in employee skills and knowledge, informing the design of targeted training solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop comprehensive learning strategies that align with business objectives, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
• Provide coaching support to high-performing employees, helping them to enhance their leadership skills and drive business results.

Job Requirements :

• 10-15 years of experience in Learning & Development or related field (e.g., Human Resources).
• Strong expertise in behavioural training, capability building, leadership development, organizational development, training analysis, training delivery.
• Proven track record of success in designing and implementing effective learning initiatives that drive business outcomes.
