Corporate Leasing Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage corporate leasing transactions from initial client meetings to final deal closures, ensuring timely execution of lease agreements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their commercial real estate needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify potential properties for leaseholders, negotiate terms, and coordinate due diligence processes.
• Analyze market trends, economic conditions, and competitor activity to inform leasing strategies.

Job Requirements :

• 15-18 years of experience in commercial leasing or related field (real estate development/property management).
• Proven track record of success in corporate leasing transactions across various industries.
• Strong understanding of commercial real estate markets, including property types (office space), tenant mixes, and rental rates.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with high-profile clients.
