Corporate Legal Intern

An OJT / Intern do administrative functions related to organization and communications:

• Assist and Manage the day-to-day administrative tasks of the Legal Department
• Maintain and keeps Corporate Confidential files and database
• Filing, scanning, printing and photocopying of documents

General Position Definition- Principal Accountabilities

• Assists with paperwork needed by the Legal Manager &Legal Assistant
• Assists with paperwork
• Assists the Legal Manager on initial coordination with other BUs in PPPI and PLPI on their legal concerns and
• consultations.
• Assistance in the preparation, handling and monitoring of the various concerns of the BU
• Maintains and safe keeps legal or corporate records for PPPI
• Scanning documents
• Assists and takes care of administrative and logistical leg work for the Legal Team
• Facilitate courier deliverables to stockholders, business partners and other BUs

Qualifications:

• Studying of 4 - year Bachelor’s degree course.
• Quick to comprehend legal matters and other instructions
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills
• With strong initiative
