Corporate Management Trainee

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about providing an exceptional dining experience. An individual who has excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.  An individual who can manage, train, and motivate the front-of-house team while maintaining strict adherence to service standards, quality control, and operational efficiency.

Key accountabilities

• Ensures the delivery of exceptional service, providing friendly, discreet, and unobtrusive assistance in all interactions with guests and internal customers.
• Handles or escalates guest and internal concerns, complaints, and inquiries to the appropriate supervisor or manager in a courteous and efficient manner, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
• Understands and consistently follows standard operating procedures, including pre-service and post-service requirements.
• Maintains a clear understanding of service offerings, including processes, standards, and proper execution.
• Consistently seeks to exceed expectations by delivering service aligned with organizational service principles, proactively anticipating needs and identifying opportunities for improvement.

General Requirements

• Must be a college graduate, with a degree in line with Hospitality Management.
• Less than 1 year experience in a luxury brand.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks at once.
• Knowledgeable of hotel service standards and procedures
