Corporate Manager- Dispatch Operations

This position will manage the call center and dispatch center of a multi-state wide service provider.

Lead a team of 2 Supervisors/Managers, monitoring dispatch process and customer service levels of dispatch teams

• Must have experience managing in a call center environment
• Experience working in a high-volume dispatch department preferred

Experience in a high-level Manager or Director level position preferred

• Strong leadership skills a must

Ability to dive in, understand the business, and use that knowledge to lead the team to provide great customer service
