Corporate M&A Associate

Are you looking for client interaction? Looking for a 3 – 7 year Associate to join a fast-paced Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate practice group. This role offers high responsibility, direct partner collaboration, and immediate client interaction on complex, high-value strategic transactions to grow your skills

Key Responsibilities

• Execute Deals: Manage domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, asset sales, and stock deals.
• Draft & Negotiate: Create definitive transaction documents, ancillary agreements, and disclosure schedules.
• Lead Diligence: Coordinate due diligence processes and manage multi-disciplinary deal workflows.
• Advise Clients: Serve as key legal counsel on general corporate and day-to-day commercial matters.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3–7 years of dedicated transactional M&A work at a law firm.
• Skills: Strong drafting, negotiation, and cross-functional deal management abilities.
• Credentials: J.D. from an accredited school, strong academic record, and active state bar license.Workable
