Our client, a prominent AmLaw 100 law firm, is seeking a senior Associate to join its Corporate practice in New York, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions. The Associate will handle complex, high-stakes M&A transactions for a sophisticated corporate client base, with substantial responsibility across deal execution.

The estimated salary range for this position is $270,000 – $455,000 (annually) and may vary depending on experience and other factors.

Qualifications:

• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• 3+ years of experience in M&A transactional practice
• High level of academic achievement and solid law firm experience required
