Corporate Marketing Executive

About the role

This role involves developing and managing corporate partnerships for an Employee Aesthetic & Wellness Program, working with companies to establish and maintain collaborative relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Search for and develop Employee Aesthetic & Wellness Program partnerships with companies
• Conduct presentations and program proposals to prospective corporate partners
• Build and maintain strong relationships with HR, GA, and company stakeholders
• Manage prospect database and corporate partnership pipeline
• Perform follow-up, negotiate terms, and manage partnership agreement signing processes
• Coordinate with clinic team regarding Home Care Corporate implementation and wellness programs
• Maintain positive relationships with existing partners
• Create regular marketing activity reports and track target achievement

About you

• Minimum SMA/SMK education or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year experience in marketing or sales role
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to approach and establish cooperation with companies (HR, GA, Procurement, and Management)
• Target and results-oriented
• Able to actively search, develop, and manage company partnerships
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
• Willing to conduct corporate visits
• Willing to participate in clinic advancement activities
