An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a dynamic and international-minded department at Lalamove, we are now seeking a passionate associate member to join our team as Corporate Operations Associate. Reporting to the Corporate Operations Lead, the recruit will support the Corporate Operations for our Hong Kong market.

What you'll do:

• Day-to-day communication with customers to arrange and monitor daily delivery schedules and order volumes to ensure sufficient driver supply, and follow up on ad hoc requests.
• Manage drivers to achieve the highest standard of customer experience and adherence to agreed SOPs and SLAs.
• Assist in Planning, coordinating and implementing different driver motivation and retention campaigns to improve drivers’ loyalty and lifetime value
• Solving daily delivery issues in a most effective and cost-efficient manner, with prompt resolution of customer complaints.
• Collect relevant feedback from drivers and customer operations to share with relevant teams for continuous product and service improvement.
• Support the implementation of new SOPs and product enhancements with customers and drivers in conjunction with other stakeholders.
• Prepare monthly delivery statements and invoices to clients, and handle drivers’ payments

What we seek

• Strong communication skills with proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Able to work under pressure with a positive mindset and can-do attitude
• Strong sense of responsibility and detail-oriented with high level of accuracy

What you’ll need

• Higher Diploma in any disciplines with minimum of 2 year(s) in sales and marketing or an operational role with front-facing experience, preferably in a logistics/e-commerce fulfillment environment
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace
• Local travel to customer sites and with drivers performing deliveries will be required.
• Shifts are required for working during weekends
