Corporate Quality Auditor

We are seeking a detail-oriented Corporate Quality Auditor based in Hurghada to ensure brand standards, operational excellence, and service quality across our resorts.

The ideal candidate will be a German national with fluency in Russian and English, capable of conducting audits, driving compliance, and supporting continuous improvement within our hospitality portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine and surprise quality audits across hotels and resorts
• Evaluate service standards, SOP compliance, and guest experience touchpoints
• Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, risks, and corrective actions
• Follow up on action plans to ensure timely closure of non-conformities
• Train and coach hotel teams on brand standards and quality expectations
• Support pre-opening and post-renovation quality assessments
• Monitor HACCP, food safety, and hygiene compliance in F&B operations
• Collaborate with Operations, HR, and F&B teams to drive quality culture
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management
• Stay updated on international hospitality quality standards and best practices

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor Degree
• Experience: 2 0 years
• German national preferred
• Fluency in Russian and English is a must; German is an advantage
• Bachelor s degree in Hospitality Management, Quality Assurance, or related field
• Minimum 2 years experience in quality auditing within luxury hospitality
• Strong background in resort or multi-property operations
• HACCP, and ISO standards
• Willingness to travel frequently across properties in Egypt
• Based in or willing to relocate to Hurghada
• Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills
• Strong report writing and presentation skills
• High level of integrity, objectivity, and confidentiality
• Excellent interpersonal and coaching abilities
• Ability to influence and drive change at all levels

• Proficiency in MS Office and audit software tools
