  • Act as a subject matter expert on quality control methodologies, standards, and best practices, providing technical expertise and guidance to cross-functional teams.
  1. Inspection and Testing:
  • Conduct comprehensive inspections and testing of fabricated steel components and structures to verify compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and quality control requirements.
  • Utilize advanced inspection techniques and equipment, including non-destructive testing (NDT) methods such as ultrasonic testing (UT), magnetic particle testing (MT), and dye penetrant testing (PT), to assess weld quality and integrity.
  • Perform thorough dimensional checks and material testing to ensure dimensional accuracy, material properties, and conformance to engineering drawings and specifications.
  1. Quality Management Systems:

  1. Continuous Improvement:
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality performance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction throughout the organization.
  • Analyze quality data, trends, and metrics to identify opportunities for process optimization, defect prevention, and waste reduction, and implement corrective and preventive actions accordingly.
  • Foster a culture of quality excellence and continuous improvement by promoting awareness, accountability, and participation in quality initiatives across all levels of the organization.
