An exciting opportunity for an exceptional Office Host to join a leading professional services business.

We’re working on behalf of a highly regarded, UK-wide professional services organisation to recruit an outstanding Office Host who takes pride in delivering an exceptional, premium experience for clients, visitors and colleagues.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a background in front of house, corporate hospitality, luxury guest services or premium reception , who understands the importance of professionalism, discretion and attention to detail.

As the first point of contact, you’ll play a key role in creating a warm, polished and welcoming environment, ensuring every interaction reflects the highest standards of service.

Key responsibilities include:

• Welcoming and hosting clients and visitors, delivering a seamless experience from arrival to departure.

• Maintaining an immaculate, professional reception area and client-facing spaces.

• Supporting client meetings, hospitality, refreshments and internal events.

• Preparing meeting rooms and ensuring they are fully equipped and ready for use.

• Maintaining high standards across shared office spaces, refreshment areas and facilities.

• Supporting new starters with office orientation, workstation setup and general assistance.

• Coordinating seating plans, desk moves, couriers, post and day-to-day office administration.

• Carrying out routine equipment checks and reporting any operational issues.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in a corporate reception, front-of-house, hospitality or premium customer service environment.

• A polished, professional and approachable manner, with excellent communication skills.

• A genuine passion for delivering outstanding service and creating positive experiences.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive, hands-on approach.

• The ability to remain calm, composed and solutions-focused in a busy environment.

• A high level of discretion and the ability to handle confidential matters appropriately.

• A flexible, reliable and collaborative attitude, with a willingness to support occasional early starts or later finishes for events.

This is an active, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys being on their feet, takes ownership of their environment and consistently looks for ways to enhance the experience of those around them.
