Corporate Recruiter

UK Shift (2:30 pm till 11:30 pm)

Role & responsibilities

• Minimum 1-3 years of Corporate/ In-house recruitment experience with direct sourcing skills and a proven track record of success.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A passionate individual who is focused and understands technology. Involved in-house recruitment for various teams.
• To be able to work mostly independently with little supervision in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Should possess advanced computer skills, especially in Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• A motivated, quick learner, able to learn complex technologies, tools, and knowledge.
• With a proven track record of achieving monthly hiring goals and forming positive relationships with delivery managers/technical panels. Connecting with business (internal teams) to understand the requirements.
• Sourcing of matching profiles through various Job Portals/ networking websites (www.linkedIn.com) / Google search/ references/ cold calling/ Job Advertisement.
• Screening of the prospective candidates from the technical / HR perspective.
• Salary/ Benefits Negotiation.
• Lining up for interviews, pre-interview prep-up, and post-interview follow-up. Taking an initial face to face interview.

Preferred candidate profile

Excellent communication skills (Spoken and Written).

• Work independently with little supervision in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Goal oriented; have a burning desire to be successful.
• Strong work ethic
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
• Must have a reliable internet connection.
• Must have a demonstrated ability to work within tight deadlines.
