Position Overview

We are looking for a Corporate Relationship Manager for Candidate Recruitment & Sourcing to manage the candidate recruitment process against active hiring requirements received from our corporate partners. The role is responsible for understanding job requirements, identifying suitable candidates from Knowvation's student and candidate pool, screening and shortlisting candidates, coordinating the recruitment process, and ensuring hiring requirements are effectively fulfilled.

Key Responsibilities

1. Candidate Sourcing & Screening

• Source candidates through internal database, job portals, social media, college networks, referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements, eligibility, skills, and experience.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.

2. Candidate Matching & Recruitment

• Match suitable candidates with active hiring mandates based on role requirements.
• Coordinate candidates through interviews, selection and joining.

3. Candidate Engagement

• Communicate job opportunities, requirements, interview details, and recruitment processes clearly to candidates.
• Maintain professional relationships with candidates and develop a reliable candidate network for future requirements.

4. Recruitment Reporting & Performance

• Track sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviews, selections, and joining metrics.
• Prepare regular recruitment reports and monitor the effectiveness of sourcing channels.
• Take corrective action to maintain sufficient candidate pipelines against requirements.

• Ability to quickly understand job requirements and identify suitable talent.
• Strong screening, evaluation, and candidate-matching skills.
• Excellent communication and follow-up abilities.
• Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements and high-volume recruitment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with CRM systems and recruitment databases.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree any field.
• Prior experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, staffing, HR, or candidate sourcing.
• Freshers with strong communication, coordination, and recruitment aptitude.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
