We’re Hiring: Corporate Relations Officer (CRO) – Hyderabad

DKTE – An Empowered Autonomous Engineering Institute with 44+ years of excellence – is seeking a dynamic Corporate Relations Officer (CRO) to strengthen industry–academia partnerships and deliver impactful placement outcomes.

Location: Hyderabad

Workdays: Monday–Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturday off)

Timings: 10 AM – 5:30 PM

Salary: As per market standards

Immediate to 15‑day joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with Hyderabad industry clusters for placements, internships & collaborations across B.Tech, MBA & MCA programs
• Target high‑value placement opportunities & expand into global markets
• Create inclusive strategies to support academically challenged students
• Collect industry feedback & design skill‑development workshops/certifications
• Report to the Director with monthly dashboards on placement progress
• Manage DKTE’s corporate office operations & logistics
• Represent DKTE at career fairs, HR forums, industry conferences & exhibitions
• Track & analyze placement metrics (offers, salaries, recruiter satisfaction)
• Build strong HR networks, industry associations & government ties
• Drive digital outreach to showcase DKTE’s talent pool

Qualification & Experience:

• MBA in HR (preferred) OR equivalent postgraduate degree in Management/HR with strong corporate engagement & networking experience
• Minimum 5+ years in corporate relations or industry–academia partnership roles
