Corporate Relations Supervisor

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Partnership Building with Corporate and HMO Accounts – 50%: Develops and manages corporate and HMO partnerships, negotiates agreements, builds stakeholder relationships, and monitors partnership progress.
• Program Implementation – 30%: Develops and implements marketing and health and wellness programs for corporate and HMO partners, including presentations, campaigns, logistics, and program evaluation.
• Monitoring and Reporting – 20%: Monitors partnership performance and revenue, prepares reports, analyzes trends, and identifies opportunities for improvement and growth.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Educational Attainment: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or related field.
• Qualification: At least 2+ years of experience in corporate sales, account management, or business development, preferably in healthcare. Proven experience in building and managing corporate and HMO partnerships is highly preferred.
• Licenses and Training Required: Relevant training or certifications in Marketing, Business Development, Project Management, or Healthcare Management is an advantage.
