Job Description

We are looking for a confident and professional Corporate Relationship Executive with excellent English communication skills to handle corporate clients, understand their requirements, explain services, and build long-term business relationships.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Communicate with corporate clients over calls and explain the company's services.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate to ensure appropriate support.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
• Follow up with clients regarding their requirements and service updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely responses to client needs.
• Maintain client records and track communication and follow-ups.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of experience in Tourism, Hospitality, Client Relationship Management, or a related field.
• Excellent spoken English communication with clear pronunciation, fluency, and a professional speaking style.
• Strong interpersonal skills, telephone etiquette, and client-handling abilities.
• Confident in communicating with corporate clients and understanding their requirements.
• Candidates with backgrounds in Hospitality, Tourism, Hotel Management, or Business Management are preferred.

Contract & Career Opportunity

• Initial 6-month contractual position.
• Based on performance, a permanent position may be considered.
• Candidates should be comfortable working 6 days a week during the day shift.
