We work with institutions, corporates, government bodies, and students to deliver skill development, campus recruitment training, corporate mentorship, and placement support programs — guided by mentors from government, defence, corporate, and top educational institutions.

Role Overview

We're looking for a proactive Corporate Relations Intern to join our team and help build and strengthen relationships with corporate partners, institutions, and industry mentors. This role is ideal for a B.Tech graduate who enjoys networking, communication, and working at the intersection of business development and education.

Key Responsibilities

● Identify, approach, and build relationships with corporates for training tie-ups, internships, placement drives, and CSR partnerships

● Assist in onboarding corporate partners and institutions for ProGrow's programs

● Coordinate with companies for campus recruitment training and mentorship program requirements

● Support the team in preparing proposals, presentations, and MoUs for corporate/institutional collaborations

● Maintain and update a database of corporate contacts and partnership leads

● Follow up with prospective partners via calls, emails, and meetings

● Assist in organizing corporate engagement events, webinars, and mentorship sessions

● Coordinate between internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of partnerships

● Provide regular reports on outreach activities and partnership status

Eligibility Criteria

● B.Tech and MBA graduates (any branch) — mandatory

● Strong verbal and written communication skills

● Confident, presentable, and comfortable with client-facing interactions

● Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace (Excel, PowerPoint, Docs)

● Willingness to learn business development and corporate networking

● Prior internship or project experience in business development/HR/marketing is a plus (not mandatory)

● Ability to multitask and manage multiple stakeholders
