Corporate Risk Management Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide risk assessment processes by identifying, analyzing, and prioritizing organizational risks based on potential impact and likelihood
• Develop and implement corporate risk management frameworks, policies, and mitigation strategies aligned with business objectives
• Monitor emerging internal and external risk factors , providing insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making
• Drive preparation of comprehensive risk reports and present actionable insights to the Risk Management Committee and senior leadership
• Collaborate cross-functionally with business units to embed risk awareness and ensure effective risk identification and mitigation practices
• Establish risk monitoring systems and performance indicators to track effectiveness of risk management initiatives and continuous improvement

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's or above in Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or related field
• 3 - 5 year's experience in Risk Management Role
• Good English Communication skill
• Proficiency in MS. Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Superb management and leadership skills
• Exceptional analytical and strategic thinkin g abilities
• Strong communicatio n, interpersonal, and presentation skills with self-initiative
• Be self-motivated, a strong team player and enable to work under pressure
