Corporate Sales Executive-B2B

Role & responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new corporate clients through B2B sales and outbound prospecting.
• Connect with HR, L&D, Employee Engagement and senior corporate decision-makers.
• Pitch Financial Wellness and Financial Awareness workshops/programs to organizations.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable workshop solutions.
• Generate leads, schedule meetings, conduct presentations and drive conversions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of workshops.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate/Postgraduate with a full-time regular degree from a recognized university/institution.
• Minimum 60% marks in 10th, 12th, Graduation and Post-Graduation (if applicable).
• Full-time regular education only.
• Candidates with distance learning, correspondence or open/distance degrees are not eligible.
• 13 years of relevant experience in B2B Sales, Corporate Sales, Business Development, Corporate Training, Employee Engagement, Financial Services, Wealth Management or related solution selling.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with good command of English.
• Confident in interacting with HR teams, L&D professionals and senior corporate stakeholders.
• Candidates with experience selling financial planning, wealth advisory, investment/financial products, corporate training, workshops or employee-focused solutions will be preferred.
