Corporate Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end corporate business development, including prospecting, cold calling, corporate mapping, and relationship management across all club catchment areas.
• Drive corporate partnerships that convert into bulk memberships, employee wellness programs, and group/day-pass offerings.
• Support the Head of Sales in executing corporate events, strategic partnerships, incentive programs, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Establish and implement a consistent, scalable corporate outreach and cold-calling process across all locations.
• Build and maintain a comprehensive database of corporate and institutional prospects within each club's catchment area.
• Prepare and share weekly corporate sales activity reports, tracking outreach, meetings, pipeline progress, and closures.
• Convert existing corporate leads and follow-up opportunities into qualified meetings and business partnerships.
• Identify, prioritize, and engage high-potential corporate accounts based on each club's target market and catchment.
• Drive corporate sales initiatives across all states and cities where Ileseum operates, creating a unified corporate acquisition strategy and leveraging relationships to generate business across the entire network of clubs.
