What they need
- Responsible on New Markets Penetration, Existing Accounts Follow-up, Quotations & PO.
- Responsible for guiding our team of sales executives and ensuring that sales targets are met, generating leads, managing key accounts and monitoring competitors' sales activities.
- Determine the effectiveness of personal sales strategies, keeping abreast of the latest industry trends and providing excellent after-sales service to retain customers.
- Identifying potential customers through networking initiatives, cold-calling, and email communications.
- Preparing and delivering sales presentations to potential and existing customers.
- Preparing regular sales reports as well as sales territory plans.
- Researching competitors’ products, pricing, and product success to determine customer preferences.
- Resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner to maintain customer loyalty.
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is preferably for this position.
- Fresh graduate with high motivation and self confidence may apply as well.
- Required Skill(s): good communication, sales & marketing, negotiation, self motivated, risk taker, challenger, good personality, be responsible.
- Preferably in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.
