Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Corporate Sales Head to handle end-to-end sales activities, from lead follow-up and client engagement to site visits, property explanation, closure, and post-sales support.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up with organic leads and convert them into sales.
• Handle client engagement, queries, and regular follow-ups.
• Coordinate property/site visits and explain project details.
• Maintain and update CRM records.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
• Support clients with documentation and registration-office processes after sales.

Requirements

• Any Degree with excellent communication skills.
• 3+ years of experience in sales in any industry/domain.
• Strong client and customer handling skills.
• Hands-on experience in the end-to-end sales cycle.
• Good negotiation, follow-up, and relationship-management skills.
• Willingness to relocate once project is completed.
