Corporate Sales Performance Trainer

About the role

The Training Specialist is responsible for designing and delivering effective sales training programs that improve campaign performance and key sales KPIs. The role works closely with Operations and QA to identify performance gaps, conduct training needs analysis, develop targeted learning solutions, and support sales coaching and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct training programs for Sales campaigns
• Create, test, and optimize sales scripts to improve KPIs such as conversion and contact rates
• Conduct sales coaching and motivational training on the production floor
• Partner with Operations and QA to identify training needs and performance gaps
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and refresher training programs
• Develop and deliver training modules based on escalations, RCA findings, and operational requirements
• Support campaign pre-launch activities by providing training expertise and recommendations
• Apply adult learning principles, ADDIE, RCA, and effective facilitation techniques
• Monitor training effectiveness and contribute to overall campaign performance

About you

• At least 2 years of college education
• 2+ years of experience as a Sales Trainer or Sales Coach in a BPO environment
• 2+ years of experience as an inbound/outbound Sales Agent
• Strong sales background with experience handling various sales campaigns
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and sales coaching skills
• Strong interpersonal and people management skills
• Persuasive, assertive, and results-oriented
• Knowledgeable in TNA, RCA, ADDIE, adult learning principles, and learning outcomes
• Proficient in MS Office, online tools, and internet-based applications
• Able to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and mentor others
