Corporate Sales Supervisor

The Corporate Sales Supervisormanages business clients, achieves sales targets, develops new business opportunities, and ensures excellent customer service. The role is responsible for overseeing sales activities, monitoring team performance, coordinating with different departments, and ensuring that corporate orders are processed and fulfilled efficiently.

Duties and Responsibilities of a Corporate Sales Supervisor

· Manage and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed promptly.

· Monitor and ensure the achievement of individual and team sales targets.

· Review and oversee the preparation of quotations, proposals, reports, and other sales documents.

· Identify and develop potential corporate clients and new business opportunities to increase sales.

· Coordinate with stores, operations, finance, and other departments to ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.

· Monitor sales performance, client accounts, orders, and other key sales activities.

· Handle escalated client concerns and ensure timely and effective resolution.

· Monitor and maintain accurate client records, sales reports, and other relevant documentation.

· Analyze sales performance and identify opportunities to improve sales and customer satisfaction.

· Ensure compliance with company policies, sales procedures, and service standards.

· Support the implementation of sales strategies, promotions, and initiatives to increase corporate sales.
