Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Security Manager to oversee corporate security operations, assess potential risks, and develop effective security procedures to protect employees, facilities, assets, and business operations. The successful candidate will coordinate security personnel, manage incident response procedures, and work with internal departments and external service providers to maintain a safe and secure working environment.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements

• Develop and implement corporate security policies, procedures, and risk management plans.
• Conduct security assessments and identify potential operational vulnerabilities.
• Oversee security personnel, access control systems, and facility protection measures.
• Coordinate incident reporting, investigations, and emergency response planning.
• Manage security vendors, service contracts, budgets, and performance standards.
• Review security procedures and recommend improvements where necessary.
• Collaborate with facilities, human resources, IT, and management teams.
• Monitor compliance with applicable security, workplace safety, and data protection requirements.
• Prepare security reports, incident summaries, and risk assessment recommendations.
• Diploma or degree in Security Management, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in corporate security, security operations, risk management, or facilities protection.
• Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of access control, incident management, emergency procedures, and security risk assessment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant security management systems.
