About the role:

As a Corporate Rover, you'll support multiple sites across our portfolio, stepping into key positions as needed. This role offers variety, responsibility, and exposure to different environments and clients.
Key responsibilities:
* Front-of-house concierge and access control
* Greeting and assisting tenants, contractors, and visitors
* Responding to incidents and emergency situations
* De-escalation and conflict resolution
* Writing clear and accurate incident reports
* Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

What we're looking for:

* Current WA Security Licence
* Current First Aid Certificate
* Experience in corporate or concierge security (highly regarded)
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Professional presentation and ability to engage with high-profile clients
* Reliable, adaptable, and proactive mindset
* Availability to work a rotating roster (days/nights/weekends as required)
* Full working rights in Australia
